Forest Therapy Walk

Join Charlie Yuill, a certified nature and forest therapy guide, invites you to participate in “Shinrin-yoku,” or “Forest Bathing” at the West Virginia Botanic Garden, which refers to the practice of spending time in forested areas for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. Your experience will include a two-hour walk, that will typically be less than a mile in length, responding to different invitations to experience aspects of natural world.

Ages 12 and up. Free for members, $15 for non-members.
