Elkins Community Christmas Bazaar

Come welcome in the holiday season on the first Saturday in December at the Phil Gainer Community Center. This year’s event will include a unique group of vendors selling a great variety of items – including arts, crafts, home decor, clothes, children books, specialty foods and so much more.

The Bazaar will feature a unique variety of vendors and pictures with Santa. Free admittance. Concessions available.

A Christmas to Remember 5kRun/2kWalk will also take place outside the Phil Gainer Community Center during the event. ?A Christmas to Remember is a fun and festive holiday theme 5k run/walk hosted by Teamsters Local 175. All money raised benefit children in our area to give them a Christmas to remember. Get in the holiday spirit on race day by wearing holiday themed costumes and tying jingle bells to your running shoes. Prizes will be given to the best holiday outfit. New this year will be a free kids run. Every entry will receive a T-Shirt and a participation medal. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served to enjoy after the run. Race registration and packet pickup will be 9:30-10:30 on December 1 and the run/walk will start at 11:00am. Registration Fee is 20.00. Pre- register by Nov. 23 to ensure you get desired shirt size.
