The unique week-long day camps are open for students ages 8-12 to explore arts and crafts, music, dance and folklore through a variety of media and themes. Students will get their fingers around some traditional tunes on tin whistle, learn Irish social dancing (Céili dancing), sing songs in English and Gaelic, and craft the days away. Throughout the week, students will weave their newfound skills and cultural knowledge into a short play based on an Irish folk tale of their choice to perform at the end of the week. Tuition is $250 per week. Registration is available online at www.augustaheritagecenter.org.
