Annual Hager Civilian Conservation Corps Reunion Set For Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Watoga State Park!

The Annual Hager Civilian Conservation Corps Reunion-Covered Dish will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Recreation Building at Watoga State Park, near the CCC Museum beginning at 10 a.m., (to 2 p.m.) near Marlinton, West Virginia. This event honors all those who served in the Civilian Conservation Corps (1933-1942), their Families, Friends, Guests. The General Public is welcome to come out and honor the CCC, tour the museum, and stay at one of the fine CCC built cabins. Make reservations soon as possible. If you have CCC memorabilia, please feel free to bring it for display. The West Virginia State CCC Museum Association will be present to show displays of their museum's artifacts, films of the original opening of the CCC Museum at Watoga. Master of Ceremonies will be Mr. Ed Hager, whose father, John, spearheaded the dedication of the CCC Museum at Watoga State Park in 1984. Tour the CCC created park, view the CCC barracks structures, and enjoy the beauty of the park, including fishing, hiking, and the great outdoors. Tell your friends. This is not a fundraiser.
