2026 Mountaineers on Target - August 11, 2026

Join the WVU Rifle Team for Mountaineers on Target, Presented by the Hayhurst Family, on Friday, August 28, 2026, at Stonewall Sporting Clays.

Each participant will receive entry into the event with a 16-station course, access to a side-by-side with the team, 100 shells, a reception dinner, a gift bag with a premium item, and chances to win prizes. You may also bring your own gun and ammo. Guns can also be rented for $20 at the event. Conveniently located off I-79 and adjacent to Stonewall Jackson Lake and Stonewall Resort, we look forward to offering you a first-class sporting clays experience and the opportunity to interact with our Mountaineers! All proceeds benefit WVU Rifle student-athletes.
