Sand Springs campground has been around for 50+ years and sits in the beautiful woods of wild and wonderful West Virginia. NOW OPERATING UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!
It is our goal to continue creating a fun, clean, family-friendly atmosphere. We will also be continuing to make improvements and upgrades where needed to enhance our beautiful campground. With our Olympic size pool, game room/arcade, hiking, and Coopers Rock State Forest near by, you won’t run out of things to do!
We are located just minutes from Cooper's Rock where you can enjoy rock climbing, hiking, biking, and more. We now have Limited Wi-Fi. We are located just outside of Morgantown WV. I-68, exit 15 - Cooper's Rock, to Old Rt. 73 E., go .25 miles turn left onto Chestnut Ridge/Sand Springs Road, continue for 2.5 miles. Campground on the left.
