North River Retreat

Delray, WV

Looking for a place to enjoy the outdoors with your family, a few close friends or your civic group? If so, North River Retreat is the place for you!

Situated on 437 acres in Hampshire County, West Virginia, we are only 45 minutes west of Winchester, VA, and a couple of hours from Washington D.C. We offer opportunities for hunting quail, deer and spring gobbler, as well as a challenging sporting clay range. Other outdoor activities include: fishing, hiking, camping and training in outdoor skills. We cater to only a very small number of clients at a time to ensure that our guests receive the personal attention that is required for a quality outdoor experience.

We have equipment for hunting, shooting and fishing on-site that is available for use by our guests at no additional charge. Our cabin has two guest rooms for overnight lodging. We also have a lovely primitive campsite in a grove of white oaks along the North River.

North River Retreat can be reached from Highway 29 South, near Delray (Hampshire County). Specific directions will be provided when reservations are made. We offer several different daily and overnight packages, and rates for other activities are available upon request.

Reservations normally require a $100 deposit. Well behaved pets are welcome. All payments must be made by check or cash. Check out our rates and detailed information at our website: WWW.NORTHRIVERRETREAT.COM.
