Mercer County Railroad Museum
Princeton, WVThe Princeton Railroad Museum is a must see when visiting Mercer County. They feature the Virginian Railway, but other railroads are represented including the N&W. The museum houses exhibits of railroad artifacts plus artwork, books, and photographs. A restored #308 Virginian caboose is available for people to explore as well as an area for children where they can build a track. There are puzzles, books and a gift shop. Tours available for school groups, scouts, and 4H.
