Romney, WVThe Hampshire County Arts Council seeks to foster the creation, presentation and enjoyment of the arts in our community.
HCAC sponsors an Art in Public Places program in Romney and Sunrise Summit. 6-week exhibits by local artists are installed in local banks and the Romney Library around the year for the enjoyment of our community. These exhibits help showcase the enormous amount of talent and creativity in the Hampshire County arts community.
A Spring Fine Arts Show is usually held at the Romney Library, with professional judging and cash prizes.
