Our privately owned family oriented facility was developed with fun, relaxation, and fellowship in mind. We are committed to a safe, convenient, and affordable camping experience.

Unlike many campgrounds and RV parks, Big Bear Lake Camplands is a deeded property development. If you are interested in being a property owner, our comprehensive real estate staff is here to assist you.

Want the Big Bear experience, but not quite ready for the commitment? Then Beaver Creek Village is just what you are looking for. Our exclusive overnight campground offers several camping options.

Cabins
We offer both one room and two room cabins in Beaver Creek Village at Big Bear lake Camplands. Staying in a cabin is both easy and economical - all you need to supply is bed linens, cooking and eating utensils, and personal items. All of our cabins are equipped with air conditioners, picnic tables, a fire ring and charcoal grill.
Our cabins are not equipped with bathrooms or kitchens. Comfort stations, restrooms and hot showers are within walking distance.

Bearfoot Springs water park is the newest entertainment attraction located inside of Big Bear Lake camplands. This waterpark is for the exclusive use of Big Bear Lake property owners, their guests, and overnight Beaver Creek Village campers. Located in an area called Yukon Circle which hosts most of Big Bear Lakes other recreation facilities such as mini-golf, the tennis courts, basketball area, volleyball, and horseshoe pits.

With basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, and our newly opened water park, Bearfoot Springs, Big Bear Lake offers mountains of outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, kayaking, etc. Hikers and bikers find our world class trail system both exciting and challenging, with some of best foliage and terrain on the east coast.

Come and enjoy a weekend get away or your vacation at Big Bear Lake’s "Beaver Creek Village". Stay on one of 25 wooded rv sites located close to all the activities. With several different campsite options including rustic tent sites, standard rv sites with electric hook up, pull through full hook up sites with electric, sewage, and water hook up, and cabins.
