Ta’i Chi in the Garden

The objective of the class is to promote flexing of joints, toning of muscles, and increasing strength to promote improved balance and wellness. The practice follows a sequence of standing postures that will be taught by Ta’i Chi practitioner Cheryl Ornick. Participants must sign up for the entire 10-class series.
