Appalachian Chamber Music Festival Favorites: Encore Concert

The first weekend of our festival ends with a bang with an hour long concert featuring some of the most exciting works from our first week. Join us in the Shepherdstown Opera House for a vast array of repertoire, featuring our string and wind artists in an encore of Stravinsky’s “Dumbarton Oaks”! A great way to end a weekend with a shorter performance that’s sure to pack a punch.

The Appalachian Chamber Music Festival’s third season, scheduled for August 14 – 27, includes a 12-concert series programmed around the theme “Places That Inspire”. ACMF melds world-class chamber music performances, collaboration, and outreach with the rich and inspiring history, nature, and culture of Harpers Ferry and the surrounding region.
