Closed-toe shoes are required for all students and chaperones. We recommend sturdy sneakers or boots, as some areas of the farm may be muddy or uneven. No sandals or flip-flops are allowed for safety reasons. Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is essential. Students should wear long sleeves or jackets in cooler weather and hats or sunscreen on sunny days. We recommend bringing an extra change of clothes in case students get dirty, especially if participating in hands-on farming activities.

We strive to make our farm accessible to all students. If you have students with specific needs or mobility restrictions, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Group Size: A signed permission slip is required for all students attending the field trip. We require at least one adult chaperone for every 10 students to ensure safety and facilitate smooth group management.

$250 per group of 30 students or fewer, an additional $8 per student for each over the first 30.
$10 per person for groups of 10-20 students.
Discounted Rate for Title I Schools – 15% discount on the total cost.
Free admission for chaperones per group.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your field trip date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your visit. Payments can be made by check, credit card, or purchase order.
