The town of Ripley has held a festival every March since 2008 to celebrate one of the most important things in life: Chocolate! The West Virginia Chocolate Festival is a celebration of all things chocolate and a great way to showcase the finest chocolatiers of the state as well as the states chocolate industry. Businesses, churches, schools, individuals and the community of Ripley come together to hold this amazing celebration of chocolate.
Even better, this festival has free admission and fun activities for everyone including live entertainment, a parade, face painting and maybe even a special appearance by the Easter Bunny or a magician. The West Virginia Chocolate Festival is the perfect way to indulge in some mouthwatering chocolate and to have a great time with friends and family.
