The Back Alley Garden Tour & Tea is a self-guided walking tour of Shepherdstown’s most beautiful gardens. It’s a chance to walk through the town’s back alleys, where you will find new ideas for your garden, learn some history and explore the neighborhood.
After finishing the tour or when you need a break, head back to The War Memorial Building for afternoon tea. This elegant tea party is the best way to relax and talk about your favorite gardens while enjoying hot or cold tea served with delicious homemade savories and sweets. After the tea, feel free to revisit your favorite gardens or stroll through the shops in town!
Tickets are available online or at the War Memorial building on May 17 & 18.
