The Augusta Festival is an annual celebration of traditional music, dance and craft – the grand finale to the summer workshops at the Augusta Heritage Center of Davis & Elkins College. The weekend includes a Friday night dance, the Augusta Festival all day Saturday, the Festival Concert on Saturday night, and a Gospel Sing on Sunday morning!
The festivities take place in the tree-shaded Elkins City Park. The Augusta Festival includes a juried craft fair featuring the best regional artisans, live music on two stages, workshops, craft demonstrations, jam sessions, and children’s activities.
This family-friendly event is free and open to the public, rain or shine.
