Appalachian Cookery Tutorial: Basic Biscuits, Soup Noodles, & Dumplings - January 9, 2024

Join Hill & Hollow Free-Range Kitchen chefs Marion and Alegria Ohlinger for a series of interactive cooking classes exploring the Roots and Branches of West Virginian cuisine. “The deeper we grow our roots, the wider we grow our branches”, honoring both our history and modern Appalachian culture. The January class will focus on the preparation of basic biscuits, soup noodles, and dumplings.

Ages 14+. $30 for WVBG members, $40 for non-members. Pre-registation is required
