Gardening can be great exercise, but it can also take atoll on your body, leading to muscle soreness and tightness. Heather Garrison
will introduce participants to some simple yoga poses to help relieve sore
gardening muscles. Class will begin with a practical introduction to yoga, move
into a series of postures, and close with a silent meditative stroll through
the garden. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and mat. $12 for
