This is the registration deadline for the Yogafor Gardeners Workshop.Gardening can be great exercise, but it can also take a
toll on your body, leading to muscle soreness and tightness. Heather Garrison
will introduce participants to some simple yoga poses to help relieve sore
gardening muscles. Class will begin with a practical introduction to yoga, move
into a series of postures, and close with a silent meditative stroll through
the garden. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and mat. $12 for
