Starting Seeds: Germination Workshop

Get a jump start on your 2025 gardening! Join Master Gardener Jim Rye for a hands-on experience to initiate the germination process for pelleted lettuce (butterhead, leaf) and other types (e.g., Mexican sunflower, Juliet “grape” tomato) of seeds. At the end of this workshop, you’ll have a good understanding of how to produce seedlings for transplanting to your garden and take home a few small trays of “starts.” Pre registration is required. Ages 16+. $25 for WVBG members, $35 for non-members.
