Visit the Stifel Fine Arts Center in Wheeling March 18 – April 30, 2022 as we honor artist Robert Singleton with splendid collection of work
Robert Singleton, a West Virginian by choice, has been painting from his remote mountaintop home in picturesque Hardy County for more than 40 years. His artwork of cloudscapes, skies and light are inspired by his surroundings and reflect a deep introspection achieved from solitude, privacy, time and space.
His work is represented internationally in prestigious private and public collections. In 2022, Singleton will be honored as a Tamarack Foundation for the Arts Master Artist. His life is also the subject of a documentary currently being shot by AMP Media and WestVirginiaVille.
Sponsored by United Bank.
The Stifel Fine Arts Center is open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday and during all classes and public events.
