Forest Therapy Walk

Charlie Yuill, a certified nature and forest therapy guide, invites you to participate in “Shinrin-yoku,” or “Forest Bathing” which refers to the practice of spending time in forested areas for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness. Your experience will include a two-hour walk, that will typically be less than a mile in length, responding to different invitations to experience aspects of natural world. Ages 12 and up. Free for members, $15 for non-members.
