Huntersville Historical Traditions seems to take students and visitors back in time to enjoy the arts, crafts, culture and skills of Pocahontas County of years gone by.

Huntersville Historical Traditions strives to educate students and visitors about where Pocahontas County started and the way of life in the early 1800’s. We give tours of the school, jail, clerk’s office and museum. We have demonstrators and speakers to represent traditional arts, crafts and the way of life as it was on the frontier of the Appalachians.
